-
Every session is tailored to the athlete. Sessions may run longer if needed to ensure progress.
-
Ask about discounts for referrals, groups, or virtual training (FaceTime/Zoom).
Do you travel for training or clinics?
-
Yes. I’m available for out-of-state training sessions, clinics, and special events. Rates vary depending on location and travel requirements — reach out with details and we can work something out.
What is your typical process for working with a new athlete?
-
The first session is all about getting to know each other and your goals. I assess how your body responds to movements, explain every workout, and set the right pace and intensity. Training is a collaboration — we work smarter, not harder, and make sure you enjoy the process while getting results.
What makes your training different?
-
I train athletes in basketball and track specifically, while also developing speed, explosiveness, and athleticism that translates to any sport. Every session is tailored to the athlete’s skill level, goals, and sport to ensure real results.
Who do you train?
-
From beginners to elite athletes — NBA, NCAA, high school, motivated beginners, and anyone looking to improve athleticism, speed, or overall fitness.
How did you get started?
-
I was a top athlete in my state and started working basketball camps in high school, including programs for kids with special needs. I’ve trained at Kenny “The Jet” Smith’s Carolina Basketball Camp, Kobe Bryant’s Academy, and Michael Jordan’s Flight School, and I’ve continued training athletes through college and pro track.
